Eligibility for Returns

You can return products purchased from ABT under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (including manuals, warranties, etc.).
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Software, opened or downloaded products
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Clearance or refurbished items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Safely package the product in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team. Make sure to include the RMA number with your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, ABT will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: For returns not related to defects or errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, ABT International reserves the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or replacement, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.
